Facilitating Purpose, Vision/Key Benchmarks of Success, Core Services & Other Elements of Strategic Planning
From one day retreats to comprehensive scans, Laurel York Odell will assist you with designing and implementing a planning process specific to your organization and it’s needs. Cookie cutters are for cookies, not organizations! Each organization is unique and requires organizational growth assistance based on a variety of factors.
Building organizational capacity begins with a foundation of purpose, intended impacts and strategies for achieving the impacts. Once these are clearly defined, specific operational, staff and board work plans can be outlined and used as tools for managing the day-to-day activities.

Facilitating groups of individuals to work together on shared goals, strategies and specific work plans requires an understanding of and experience with collective impact models. Her strengths are in her ability to listen and synthesize information on her feet and facilitate groups, large or small, to shared understanding and agreement on a path forward.
